NFL commissioner Roger Goodell confronted concerns Monday over Super Bowl halftime show performer Bad Bunny.

On Sunday, the woke Puerto Rican singer took home a Grammy for Album of the Year, but used his moment in the spotlight to protest ICE. Goodell was later forced to do some damage control at the annual state of the league meeting on Monday.

“Bad Bunny is, and I think that was demonstrated last night, one of the great artists in the world, and that’s one of the reasons we chose him,” Goodell told reporters.
