The U.S.’s largest abortion provider is using a ‘loophole’ to bypass parental consent to target children with transgender procedures under the guise of contraceptives.

Planned Parenthood, known for being the largest abortion provider in the country, has spent the last several years adding transgender procedures to its list of gruesome offerings. The American Principles Project (APP) sounded the alarm that, despite state bans on offering minors cross-sex hormones and other procedures without parental consent, the abortion organization used a loophole that actually exposes the reality of this so-called care.

The “Gender Affirming Care Patient Guide” released by Planned Parenthood’s Mar Monte chapter, which covers parts of central California and northern Nevada, shows its plan to ignore the parental consent laws in those states by reclassifying cross-sex hormones as “contraceptives.”
