Jack Nicklaus Giggles After Almost Taking Patrons’ Heads Off With Hooked Ceremonial Masters Tee Shot

Ahh … the Masters. One of the greatest times of the year to be a sports fan.

When I woke up this morning, it hit me like a ton of bricks: the Masters is back, and Augusta National is now packed with patrons. Yeah, we’ve got a war going on, the economy is hurting, blah, blah, blah, blah, none of that matters. The Masters is back, and everything is peachy in this moment. That’s how special this tournament is. Who else loved hearing Jim Nantz’s voice for the first time this morning?

And it would be nothing without the legendary Jack Nicklaus, who was at the 2026 Masters tournament Thursday morning to hit the ceremonial tee shot. And he almost took some patrons’ heads off in the process after hooking it. But Nicklaus, an absolute icon, didn’t get embarrassed about it, he giggled!

I’m not gonna lie, I’m having the time of my life right now. I’m writing my articles, watching the Masters all day, riding out my bets … oh yeah, ladies and gentlemen, this is a time to be alive.

And apparently, my wife is making some kind of banger sandwich tonight … the Masters, baby!
