With the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) girls’ softball tournament kicking off, everybody has their attention on a transgender athlete named Marissa Rothenberger, who pitches for Champlin Park High School.

The second seed in the Class AAAA tournament, Champlin Park will square off against Eagan in Tuesday’s quarterfinals.........
