Buffalo Diocese plans for all parishes to declare bankruptcy to resolve Chapter 11 case
The Buffalo Diocese will move to resolve its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case by having all parishes file for bankruptcy, as well, through a process known as “rapid prepackaged bankruptcy” that has been used in a couple other diocesan bankruptcy cases.
