While Hochul praises budget agreement, legislative leaders deny deal is done

Gov. Kathy Hochul on Thursday said state leaders have agreed on a framework agreement on a $268 billion state budget that would increase aid to the City of Buffalo by at least $40 million. But leaders of the Legislature say there's no deal just yet.
