Reaction after Swindon and Cheltenham fans clash in town
A confrontation between Swindon and Cheltenham football fans was met with mockery and disdain by Adver readers.
The two sides had to be separated by police after appearing to clash in the town centre over the weekend.
While the teams took part in thrilling 3-3 draw at The County Ground on Saturday, supporters off the pitch started fights with each other at the junction of Wellington Street and Manchester Road
The two groups were then ushered down opposite ends of the road, with police shouting at them to “get back.”
