A DEADLINE for nomination papers to be returned to fill two vacancies following the resignation of one councillor has been set.

The vacancies have been created following the resignation, in November, of Labour councillor Sue Malson who represented the Trevethin and Penygarn ward on Torfaen Borough Council and the New Inn Upper ward on Pontypool........
