Pubs across Gwent have a packed line-up of live music and events over the bank holiday.

The Iron Duke in Pontypool will host the Midnight Hour Band on Sunday, August 24, at 4pm, offering a nostalgic trip with pop hits from the 60s to the 00s.

The Terrace Inn in Pontrhydyrun, Cwmbran, has its first live music event in the newly refurbished garden area on Sunday, August 24.

A duo named It Takes Two will perform from 1pm to 2.30pm.

This will be followed by a DJ, karaoke, and disco........
