A laser show has raised thousands to support outdoor learning.

The event, held at Ysgol Panteg in Pontypool, on October 18, drew a crowd of 1,500 and raised £6,750 to help fund new outdoor learning spaces at the school.

Organised by the school’s PTA group, Ffrindiau Panteg, the event featured a laser display from LaserPromo set to a playlist of songs chosen by pupils and parents.

The show was the second of its kind with the inaugural event having been held last year.
