A country music festival, a candlelight ghost tour, and a Christmas craft fair are all on the agenda for Gwent residents this weekend.

The South Wales Country Music Festival 2025 will take over The Corn Exchange on Newport High Street on Saturday, November 8, with live performances from UK and Nashville artists such as Twinnie, Wood Burnt Red, Emilia Quinn, and Kyle Elliott.

The festival, from 2pm to 10.30pm, will also include line dancing sessions, a photo booth, and a variety of food traders.

On the same day, The Riverfront in Newport will host 'Hummadruz: Amazing Stories from Wales'.

This unique show, at 7.30pm, combines circus, dance, puppetry, illusions, and Makaton, performed........
