Joel Dommett has admitted ITV producers put him “on the naughty step” after accidentally revealing the identity of a celebrity when filming the new Masked Singer Christmas Special.

The 40-year-old has hosted the music game show since it first aired in 2020, seeing the likes of McFly star Danny Jones and Busted’s Charlie Simpson being crowned winners over the years.

The Masked Singer sees the current all-star panel made up of Davina McCall, Maya Jama, Mo Gilligan and Jonathan Ross, as well as the studio audience and viewers at home, attempt to guess “who's that behind the mask?" as celebrities sing their hearts out beneath weird and wonderful costumes.

But it seems for the 2025 festive spin-off, Joel just couldn’t help himself during the episode after he........
