Wondering why Emmerdale isn’t on TV tonight? You might have noticed the next episode of the Yorkshire Dales-set soap has been removed from the ITV schedule.

Monday’s (September 8) instalment left viewers on the edge of their seats, wondering if Dales villain John Sudgen (Oliver Farnworth) and his husband Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) survived a dramatic fall, as they were last seen lying lifeless at the bottom of a gorge.

It came after Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) startled his half-brother John, following an earlier fight between the pair, which left Rob knocked out.

But to find out the result of John’s latest actions and to see if Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) finally makes it out of the hidden bunker, fans will........
