A new performing arts festival is set to take over Newport.

The Newport Live Act Fringe will bring a range of performances to the city from March 21 to March 23.

The festival is being organised by Tin Shed Theatre Co.

Some of the venues participating will include Le Pub, The Cab, The Place, and Arcadia Bistro.
