A Newport school has put on their own version of the Disney hit Frozen.

Rougemont School was chosen by Disney on Stage and MTI Europe to be the first school in Wales to perform the musical.

The school applied for the competition in July 2024 and found out in September that they had won.

Mrs Nepean, head of drama sent off the application. The school said: "We received the news we’d all dreamed about: we won Wales.
