A pedestrian subway in Monmouth has been transformed by mural designs.

The artwork was brought to life for the Monmouth Vision Impaired Group, who were given detailed descriptions of the murals by Monmouth mayor, councillor David Evans.

The murals, created by artist Paul Shepherd, were projected onto a large screen at the Wyesham Christian Fellowship for the group to enjoy.

The mayor described the murals in detail, explaining how they came about.
