The Welsh Government is 'moving forward' with a ban on greyhound racing.

Huw Irranca-Davies, the deputy first minister and cabinet secretary for climate change and rural affairs stated that there will be a phased approach.

In the Welsh Government's response to a consultation on the licensing of animal welfare establishments, activities, and exhibits, he said: "We are moving forward with a ban on greyhound racing in Wales.
