EastEnders legend Patsy Palmer has slammed a "rude" agent who allegedly ruined her chances of a Hollywood career.

Known for playing the role of Bianca Jackson on the BBC soap opera, she said her hopes of making it big in America were destroyed when she spoke back to a talent agent.

While she now enjoys a career as a DJ and wellness advocate in Malibu, this has had a massive impact on her life.
