A spicy Chickenjoy Bucket at Jollibee.

A little over a year since one of the Philippines’ most famous fast food restaurant opened in Fairfield, the chain is bringing a new storefront to the East Bay.

Jollibee, known for its "Chickenjoy" fried chicken, "Jolly" spaghetti and peach mango pie, is coming to the Alameda Landing shopping center, according to a press release. The shopping center, located at 2600-2700 Fifth Street in Alameda, also is home to an In-N-Out, Chipotle and Panda Express. The 3,191-square-foot Jollibee restaurant does not have an official opening date yet,........
