Michael Mina is betting big on San Francisco’s Union Square. This October, the celebrity chef is set to open a new location of his steakhouse chain Bourbon Steak inside The Westin St. Francis, as well as a neighboring bar called The Eighth Rule, developed by Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry, according to a news release.

The new ventures mark Curry’s first hospitality project and Mina’s return to the spot where he opened the first Michael Mina restaurant in 2004 (it earned two Michelin stars the first year the Michelin Guide came to California and
