Levi’s Stadium is over 40 miles from downtown San Francisco, but that doesn’t mean the city isn’t the official doorstep to the Super Bowl. The event is on Feb. 8, but starting Friday, several blocks downtown along with streets in two other San Francisco neighborhoods are closing to traffic for Super Bowl-related events. 

City officials are actively warning locals and visitors to take public transit and avoid driving if they can, especially when passing by several major areas downtown. “Just another reminder that downtown especially is gonna be........
