Lawsuit says ex-Cal star DeSean Jackson created unsafe environment at Delaware St

A former Delaware State football player filed a lawsuit accusing his head coach, and former star Cal receiver, DeSean Jackson of failing to discipline a teammate who allegedly assaulted him in the locker room.
Malachi Biggs, a former defensive back for DSU, alleges in the suit that teammate Anthony Hebert, another member of the Hornets’ secondary, choked him out until he became unconscious before a morning practice on Nov. 19, 2025, over an Instagram post. Biggs was the second teammate Hebert allegedly attacked that morning because of the post, according to the lawsuit. The attack left Biggs with fractures in multiple parts of his jaw and nine broken teeth, per the complaint. Hebert is named in the lawsuit alongside........
