Frontier Airlines is finally getting in-flight Wi-Fi through a deal with Starlink

The budget carrier and four other Indigo Partners airlines plan to install Starlink on more than 1,000 aircraft combined

Frontier Airlines announced Tuesday it will introduce in-flight Wi-Fi using SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet service, with the first equipped aircraft set to roll out in early 2027.

Frontier is one of five airlines in the portfolio of private equity firm Indigo Partners that plan to adopt Starlink. The others are European carrier Wizz Air, Mexico's Volaris, Chile's JetSmart, and the Philippines' Cebu Pacific. Together, the five carriers expect to install Starlink on more than 1,000 aircraft,........
