FAA's gamer recruitment drive breaks air traffic controller hiring records
The FAA has hired more than 2,000 candidates through the campaign and reached 94% of its fiscal year hiring goal

The Federal Aviation Administration announced in April a campaign to recruit video gamers as air traffic controllers, and U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said the effort has broken multiple hiring records for the agency, according to The Hill.
Through the initiative, the FAA has brought on over 2,000 new candidates and is now at 94% of its fiscal year hiring target, according to CBS News. More than 2,000 additional candidates are in the hiring pipeline, the Transportation Department said. The original........
