Making Change a Shared Project

Relationships often begin with excitement, connection, and a sense of security. But over time, even the strongest partnerships can be shaken by life’s inevitable transitions. Whether it’s the birth of a child, a career shift, a health crisis, or the empty nest phase, many couples find themselves struggling to stay connected during change and, even further, experience increased conflict and dissatisfaction.
