The Peterborough Public Library is taking Story Time outside this summer. Families are invited to join library staff at a different park each week for stories, songs and outdoor fun. The program runs on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11 a.m.

On Wednesday, July 22, Story Time moves to King Edward Park, located in the Town Ward at 455 George St. S.

The Story Time in the Park Program is for children ages 2 to 4 and their families. It supports early literacy while creating a shared experience for families in the community. The program is drop-in and free of charge; registration is not required.

On July 29, Story Time moves to Nicholls Oval, 725 Armour Rd., and to Barnardo Park, 955 Barnardo Ave., on Aug. 5. The program returns to the Town Ward on Aug. 12........
