Iestyn Edwards, a singer and drag ballerina, will appear at The Old Bank Tea Rooms in Market Place for what will be his latest performances since moving to the area this year.

Mr Edwards' route into military entertainment came through an unlikely chain of events.

The performer said: "I was overheard practising singing in Aldeburgh and ended up performing at a sponsor's evening at a day's notice after a baritone cancelled."
