Heathcote Care Home, located on Unthank Road in Norwich and part of the Black Swan Care Group, received the top accolade for its care from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following a two-day inspection in April 2026.

The CQC rates care homes across five categories: safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.

Heathcote was rated 'good' in all areas and 'outstanding' in the 'caring' category.
