Behar Kucana, 28, is said to have been holding the so-called ‘Tommy’ line that has been linked to the supply of class A drugs in Norwich.

Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told the number was estimated to have sent out more than 18,000 text messages said to be indicative of large-scale drug dealing over a 10 month period.

Among them was one message boasting: “Tommy’s around 24/7 in Norwich”.
