Norwich prisoner used illicit phones to try to deal with drugs debts

Max Sinclair, 27, was an inmate at HMP Norwich when he was discovered using smuggled handsets to communicate with the outside.

Norwich Magistrates' Court was told authorities had discovered him with an iPhone on October 10 last year.........
