Chinese and Albanian nationals are among those charged with offences some of which are said to have been going on for more than a decade.

Besnik Ademaj, 50, of Sunningdale in Norwich, and Jianping Liu, 40, of Alicante Way, also in the city, are both charged with having conspired with others to produce cannabis between August 2018 and May 2020.

They are both also alleged to have laundered the proceeds of criminal activity from between the first day of 2013 and the last day of 2020.
