The Level 1 hospitality and catering students from City College Norwich took part in a "takeover" of Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort in July, spending four days working across all areas of the business.

Roles included guest check-in, housekeeping, kitchen duties, health club support, events and the golf........
