Taking place at Strangers' Hall, the sessions will be led by Emma Power, named Norwich's Best Pilates Teacher in 2024, and will run every Tuesday until mid-September.

The lunchtime classes, from 12.45pm to 1.30pm, are open to all skill levels and cost........
