City baker's plans to 'make things right' after customers call in Trading Standards

Terry Pegler, who runs Terry Bakes in Norwich, has now announced his plans to start baking again in a video shared on social media.

It comes just a week after he shared another video saying that he would not be fulfilling customers' orders, some of who have been waiting months. 

Instead of producing the promised goods, he advised his out-of-pocket customers to "go and get a chargeback" from their banks because he could not issue the refunds.

A bank chargeback is a payment reversal initiated by a customer's bank when they dispute a card transaction.
