An investigation into the death of Jesselyn McGowan, who died at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N) on April 4, has been launched.

An inquest was opened at Norfolk Coroner's Court where is was heard a post-mortem was unable to provide a provisional cause of death.
