The A47 Acle straight was first reported as closed just after 6am this morning.

The AA traffic map shows the closure in place from Blofield to the B1140.

Drivers are being delayed and the congestion is getting worse coming from Acle.

It is unclear why the road has been closed.

Norfolk police have been contacted for comment.
