The old Amnesty book shop at 82 St Benedicts Street is to be transformed into a British Red Cross shop as Norwich City Council has passed plans to put up new signs.

The Amnesty bookshop closed last July after financial pressures made renewing the lease unviable and since then the unit has remained empty.
