Spencer Gray, landlord to both the closed Angel Road pub and neighbouring AutoShop car dealership, escalated the fight after being slapped with an enforcement notice by Norwich City Council.

This means that he can no longer park cars from the dealership outside the shut boozer – despite owning both sites.
