The ambitious proposals for hundreds of homes around the former Pinebanks site in Thorpe St Andrew will come before councillors on Wednesday.

A decision has already been delayed twice in recent months - first due to councillor illness and then to allow a visit to the site which Broadland members have described as “complex”.
