Norwich to be hotter than Barcelona as temperatures soar

Starting on Sunday, April 27, temperatures across Norwich are to reach around 19c.

Temperatures will then reach highs of 21C on Wednesday, trumping holiday hotspot Barcelona which will only boast temperatures of 19C that day.
