Known as 'Spudio' the 23-year-old from Horsford opened his snack van - the Spud Mobile - in November last year on the corner of Aylsham Road, opposite the Boundary pub.

His enormous loaded jacket potatoes, which can be filled with curry, chili con carne, beans or tuna mayo, have become a social media sensation with nearly 19,000 followers and subscribers across sites like TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

With queues of people chomping at the bit for a spud, Spudio hopes that one day he might even be able to open his own shop.
