Master Chef, which is known for its range of kebabs and pizzas, received the poor rating when the Food Standards Agency (FSA) found ill members of staff were still preparing food.

The agency also found open items not covered up and a bike in the same room food was being prepped.

Following the inspection in March the shop was warned it required a major improvement in checks to ensure the food on offer is safe to eat.
