Decision made on plans to convert vacant city centre building
The owner of 22-22A Prince of Wales Road, Mr Imran Younis, initially wanted to turn the site into a mixed-use development with both homes and a business.
The plan was to keep the basement and ground floor as commercial space - likely for a restaurant - and turn the upper three floors into six one-bedroom flats.
However, the proposal for the four-storey building has now been refused by Norwich City Council.
