City folk fed up of reserved parking spots being empty for 'up to a year'
Those living in Helena Road and Stafford Street are annoyed about a lack of cars, from the Enterprise Car Club, using its dedicated parking bay.
The lack of users of the club - which allows people to hire cars before leaving them in another bay - is omitting "vital" space, for those living in the first-come first-served road.
As well as empty bays, people have also slammed Enterprise for the service "going downhill" since taking over from Norfolk Car Club in May 2022.

'USE IT OR LOSE IT'
Martin Docherty who's lived in Helena Road for 11 years, said: "It's simple - use it or lose it.
"If no one's using it, especially the space here being empty for about a year, then it should be removed and let someone who lives here use the spot.
"Parking is at a premium here and if you do get a spot you can't say where it's going to be - it's very rare........
