Yotato Norwich is due to open within the Redwell Vault Pizzeria, at the Castle Quarter food court, and already has its first spud-filled collaboration lined up.

The shop is co-owned by Tawfiq Kopti and Harry Alderton - managing director of Redwell Brewing Company - who also owns the Castle Quarter pizzeria.
