The Community Sports Foundation charity has applied for planning permission to open three courts at The Nest in Horsford.

Padel is one of the fastest-growing racket sports in the world and is best described as a hybrid of squash and tennis.

The craze has already been sweeping the city, with new courts set to open at two locations this year.

The first, Court de Padel, will be launching in Whiffler Road in late August, while the second,
