RCP Parking has applied to Norwich City Council to bring the Duke's Wharf car park back into use.

The Duke's Wharf site, formerly home to the Eastern Electricity Board offices, has been earmarked for hundreds of new properties as part of a major redevelopment project.

However, Norwich Bricks Ltd, which owns the site, has been dissolved, casting uncertainty over the future of the scheme.
