Police were called to the area at 4pm after a crew from the ambulance service reported the 44-year-old acting aggressively towards them.

Officers attended and assisted paramedics at the scene.

Norfolk Constabulary had initially reported that Mr Watkins died while on the way to hospital, but a coroner has since confirmed that he died at the scene.

The matter was referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) because of the involvement of officers........
