An inquest into his death was opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court this week.

Area coroner, Yvonne Blake, confirmed that the primary medical cause of death was from a “hypoxic brain injury”.

This was as a result of him deliberately poisoning himself with a type of gas, as well as prescribed medication.
