An investigation is under way at Norfolk Coroner’s Court into the death of retired factory worker, Brenda Chapman.

The 92-year-old, of Sussex Street in Norwich, was being treated on a virtual ward at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N).

She had been admitted there on November 21, 2023, with recurrent abdominal pains and shortness of breath, and died there two days later.

Prior to the hospital admission, she had been given the green light to be treated as a virtual ward patient........
